two swimming pools in the complex, ping-pong table, new gas grills (one be each pool), picnic setting, tiki hut. Kitchen has stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, cookware, storage containers, cutlery, pot holders, tea towels. Condo is supplied with linens, blankets, pillows, bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes. Washer and Dryer inside condo. Elevatore and stairs just feet away. Covered reserved parking beside elevator pad.

9/1/2008 - 12/14/2008 $1200/week
12/15/2008 - 12/31/2008 $2200/week

Rental period is Saturday to Saturday only
Add 5% service fee and 11% sales tax
Guest under 23 must be accompanied by parent/guardian
Cancelations more than 60 days prior to arrival: deposit minus $75 refunded
Less than 60 days: no refund
In case of emergencies, including hurrican evacuations, we recommend purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance
