Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Rates are in Euro, per week and include water, electricity, bath linen and bed linen, all the usual household items, final cleaning and a welcome gift of 3 bottles of Chianti wine. Letting periods start and finish on Saturdays. 30% of the rent must be paid within 5 days after the booking is confirmed the balance must be paid 6 weeks before the start of the letting period. If cancellation occurs 6 weeks or more before the letting period only 30% of the total rent will be retained.
