After a day of golf or shopping, return to your loft/villa for a relaxing time at the olympic pool, or on your private patio. Gaze from your balcony at the mountains.

Across from supermarkets and convenience shops.

Kierland Commons has upscale shops and restaurants (Tommy Bahamas, North (northern Italian), Mortons Steak House, Ocean Club (upscale seafood restaurant). Shops include Coach, BCBG,Banana Republic) There are approximately 37 shops and restaurants.

The Westin Hotel with 700+ rooms and fine dining is located within a block. This is a wonderful walking community. Stroll around the golf course, or have a sunset coctail at the Westin Hotel outside patio area. Dine and shop within walking distance. Urban lifestyle in a resort atmosphere. The best of both worlds.

The Harkins 5 years young cinemaplex is 3 miles away with additional shops and restaurants. Fashion Square with major department stores is 10 miles.

The 2 major freeways, 51 & 101 are less than 7 miles from property. Scottsdale Road is 1 mile.

 Additional information about amenities:

The unit boasts of 2 TV'S, VCR, fully furnished with living room, dining room (seats 6), and master suite with king sized sleigh bed. The loft has a computer desk, high speed internet access. There is a sofa sleeper if you have guests. Utilities included only during the high season January - May.
