Rates are seasonal. They range from $202-$326/ngt for 3-6 night rentals. 1 week rentals range from $1225-2114//wk. Rental rates are inclusive of all fees and taxes that described below.
Cancellations
1. Cancellations made prior to final payment (14 days prior to arrival) will result in a loss of 15% deposit without travel insurance.
2. Cancellations after final payment will result in the loss of payment unless the unit can be rebooked.
Travel insurance is available for 6% of rental cost.

 Deposits:

1. 15% Credit Card Advance Payment due at time of booking.
2. 85% Balance Due - 14 days prior to arrival.
