Tastefully furnished with three bedrooms and two full baths, enjoy the ambiance of the parlor complete with period fireplace, glimmering wood floors, and high ceilings through out. After a day at the beach, enjoy a drink on the front porch of Twin Gables Cottage. As the sun goes down, stroll to Bayfront Park to catch the magnificent sunsets, then head to the restaurants and shops on Main Street or venture further within West of Trail to the boutiques and eateries near Morton's Market.

Rates for the Twin Gables Cottage Vacation Rental Condo

 Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

$1,500 per week, plus Sarasota Rental Tax. Monthly rates upon request.
There is no cleaning fee as long as the property is left in "as found" condition.

 Deposits:

Deposit is 50% due upon signing of the short term lease. Balance plus refundable security deposit one month prior to occupancy date.
