Casa don Tomas is for rent, by the day, week or by the month. This two bedroom, two bathroom beachfront house is located in the town of Santa Teresa in one of the most pristine beaches of the Northern Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Nestled amid the tropical forest but just a few walking steps from the ocean, the house enjoys the privacy of its one-hectare property.
It is fully fenced and landscaped with mature trees, Croatian, bamboo, bougainvillea, amapolo, cactus, centenary precious wood trees, thousands of flowers, thick grass lawn and comes with rural fresh water system along with a dependable electric supply and telephone. The house has a large reservoir of fresh water capable of sustaining a family of five for two weeks in the event of a water shortage not uncommon in this area during the dry season.

Amenities
: Casa don Tomas accommodates up to seven guests comfortably. Each bedroom has a double and a single bed. Additional beds can be set up in the living room area. Linens are provided as are cooking and eating utensils. We provide maid service once a week and laundry service is available at a nominal cost.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Casa Don Tomas rents for $325.00 daily with a minimum of three days stay.
Full refund minus $50.00 will be issued if cancellation is received in writing 45 days in advance.
