1. Left Wing Studio:
This one-room studio (or Left wing) offers a spacious bedroom furnished with one king and one twin-size bed, a private bathroom, ceiling fans, and a cozy kitchenette. The kitchenette, consisting of a small refrigerator, stove, sink, coffeemaker, toaster, and three-person dinette (including plates and utensils), is set in an open and airy, covered balcony immediately adjacent to the sleeping quarters. The balcony is a perfect backdrop for enjoying meals and conversation with the lush and serene landscape inherent to the tropics of Costa Rica. The studio has a private entrance that is just a few yards from the pool and a hammock for those times when relaxation calls.

2. Right Wing Studio:
Our newest two-room studio (or Right Wing) is a fantasy suite for travelers seeking the comforts of home while immersed in the natural wonders of a tropical beach environment. The right-wing studio includes a bedroom equipped with air conditioning, a queen-size bed, and two twin beds. Bordering opposite ends of the bedroom are a private bathroom and a spacious room containing the kitchen and dining area. The dining area comfortably seats four and includes plates and utensils. The kitchen comes loaded with a full-size refrigerator, oven with stove, sink, coffee maker, and toaster. The beauty of a private balcony is maximized with a casual seating ensemble of a sofa, hammock, and cocktail table. The studio has a private entrance; and its generously-sized windows face the beach front.

3. Central House:
Our central house is located between the two independent wings and is comprised of five distinct areas:
a. Kitchen and dining area.
This area is the "heart" of the beach house, with a staircase leading to the sleeping quarters on the second and third floors. The dining room table seats ten. And the kitchen comes fully-equipped with two full-size refrigerators, an oven with stove, sink, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker, plates and utensils, and a pantry. A CD player is also available.

b. Open covered patio/leisure area [by far, the favorite area of the house!].
This area acts as a leisure/living area. It uniquely creates the ambiance of timeless lounging in the tropics with its rich, ceramic tile throughout, two hammocks, four traditional Costa Rican, wood-carved rocking chairs, a distinct four-piece seating ensemble, a cocktail table, two sofas, and a detached guest bathroom. This area is adjacent to the pool and laundry facilities.

c. Second floor master quarters.
The master quarters consists of:
· an extraordinarily spacious bedroom with a king size bed, one twin bed, and two ceiling fans
· a private bathroom
· an open covered patio/leisure area furnished with a sofa, two seats, and a cocktail table
· a balcony, with two chairs and a hammock, overlooking the pool
· cable (Direct TV), and
· internet access.

d. Second floor single accommodation/study area.
Adjacent to the master bedroom is a twin bed and study. This accommodation includes a ceiling fan and a writing desk and chair.

e. Third floor two single accommodations.
The third floor provides two twin beds complete with a ceiling fan. The stairs accessing this floor are somewhat steep; and we recommend that these sleeping quarters not be reserved for the elderly or small children.
