The house is kept warm with radiant heat in the winter, and nestled into the hillside keeping it cool in the summer.
Convienent location to downtown Plaza, 300 fabulous restaurants, Canyon Road, Museum Hill, Randall Davey Audubon Center, and Site Santa Fe, yet very secluded from the busy tourist area. The Teseque Flea Market and the Opera are 15 minutes north. Ski Santa Fe is only 20 minutes up the hill.

Peacefull location in town on a greenbelt in the heart of historic Santa Fe's Eastside district. Large, south-facing windows look out on spectacular views of the Atalaya Mountains and open space over the Santa Fe River. Miles of hiking/biking trails just out the front door.
