The condo apartment is newly remodeled with two bedrooms, one with king bed and the other with twins. There is a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. Our condo is a corner unit with a small screened porch off the guest bedroom. This feature, and the third floor location, provides greater privacy than many other condos in our complex.

 Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

The rent is $2500 for high season (Christmas, New Years, and February through Mid-April, and $1250 for offseason, and $1800 for the January "shoulder" season. The full rent is payable 30 days before occupancy.
