The pool is fully screened to keep out the insects and other local wildlife - we also have a shaded lanai area and Gas BBq for you to enjoy alfresco dining! 4 bedrooms inc 2 master suites. the main suite has a seperate dressing room and bathroom, the queen ensuite has its own family size shower and the other bedrooms are twin rooms that share the main bathroom. One of these rooms has a Disney theme for the younger guests!The Games Room comes with pool table, Air-hockey, magnetic darts and PS2 + games.The villa is also fully alarmed for your extra piece of mind.Free wi-fi access - just bring along your laptops. Our villa is located on Sandy Ridge, a conservation community just 3 mins from Interstate 4 (Exit 58). All Disney Parks are only 10 mins drive away, we have Championsgate Golf Course and Shopping Plaza just 5 Mins away. Nearest restaurants, supermarkets, gas station, pharmacy are only 2 mins drive from Sandy Ridge. The world famous 192 is only 5-10 mins away with its numerous shops, restaurants, mini golf, helicopter rides, airboats and many more activities. International Drive is easily reached by hopping onto the I-4 - you can be there in under 15 mins. It really is a great place to base your vacation from and it's hard to believe, when you're sitting, relaxing in the peaceful surroundings of Sandy Ridge, that you are actually only minutes away from all the action that Florida has to offer!
