Rates vary according to season and number of guests. $1500 p wk high season Jan - March, July - September, for 6 guests. From $850-$1500 off-season. $2500 Christmas, New Year. Add 5% hotel tax, $500 security deposit. All rates include maid's services and cooking. If a reservation is cancelled, money is refunded only if replacement guests can be found for the same time period, less 10% administration fees. See my website for updates and special offers.
