The red terracotta clay floors are highlighted by the beauty and colorful finishing touches of handmade glazed tiles, adding a bright touch to the walls with other construction materials.
This exclusive Villa features three luxurious independent Master Suites with king size beds, private bathrooms with open air showers, mini-fridges, microwave ovens and lounge chairs. Two more guests suites attached to the main house including the same features. An expansive ocean view terraces to sleep an afternoon siesta leisurely rocking in a hammock, while enjoying the fresh afternoon ocean breezes.
An ideal destination to enjoy the emerald sapphire waters of the Pacific Ocean. This charming "Rincon" features a private beach where you can catch fish right on the spot, dive, paddle in a kayak or cruise around in a "Panga" (local 18 ft. fishing boat). Sunbathe in a white sandy beach and at the end of the day enjoy a magnificent sunset tinted in red fire hues. In the morning wake up to the song of a flock of wild parrots or the call of "Chachalaca" and more than 150 other species of birds that nest in our area year round.
The gorgeous twin level infinity pool connected by a waterfall built right on the cliff, adds a dramatic touch to the charming atmosphere of this magnificent fully staffed villa.

Located is that jungle get-a-way amazing property 45 minutes North from Puerto Vallarta. You are e short distance to town where you will find everything you need, horseback-riding, fishing by boat, diving, swimming with dolphins, jungle hiking, professional massage and much much more.
And for everything you could possibly need and only 45 minutes from the heart of Vallarta and the International Airport.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Reservation/Bookings, Deposits and Final Payments-The reservation/booking deposit is 50% of total rental fee in U.S. funds and must be received in our office within 7 days to hold reservation. Payment must be made by wire bank deposit. Final payment is due 60 days prior to travel date. This rental agreement and e-mail confirmation will be your booking confirmation. All reservation requests made 60 days or less will require full payment of rental fee to confirm request. Should payments not be received in a timely manner, fees may apply. Reservations will automatically be canceled if deposits are not received in my account within 7 days of your request. We reserve the right to treat any confirmed booking as canceled if schedules are not met. An extension may be requested. Any changes made to the reservation once confirmed may be subject to a change fee. There is an additional $500.00 refundable security deposit required. Security deposits are to be returned in approximately 30 days after departure from the property, assuming there is no damages or phone charges. With the final payment there is also due a groceries found of $300.-. Celular phones are working in several parts of the property. The Villa has no Phone and no Internet. In the Village there are sevrals Internetcafés.
