The dining area has a large glass pedestal table, which seats six comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals. The master bedroom faces the ocean and has a large picture window. You have one reserved off-street parking space.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Our condo is within easy walking distance of Mission Bay, Belmont Park, Pacific Beach, Crystal Pier, restaurants, grocery stores, laundry facilities and shopping. Rental shops for roller blades, boogie boards, surfboards, and bicycles are also within walking distance. Parasailing, fishing, boating and whale watching (generally in the winter) are close too. You can drive to Sea World within 5 minutes, and the San Diego Zoo, the airport and downtown are within a 15 - 20 minute drive.
