Ocean Beach is AWESOME with some of the best surfing, boogie boarding, fishing and just plain relaxing available in So.Ca. We are located a brief five minute walk from the ocean, o.b. pier, restaurants,shopping,pubs,coffee houses and the Wednesday Farmer's Market.

Amenities
Our three bedroom condo can be rented as a 1-2-or 3 bedroom, depending on the number of people. It sleeps from 1-6. Each room has a comfortable queen size bed,ceiling fan, patio or balcony,Good lighting, chair and desk, spacious closets,English Country charm, lace curtains,reading material and a private bath. Beach towels available. There is a fireplace and t.v. in the living room. A full kitchen with microwave and refrigerator makes it feel like home. Dining outside on the balcony is an option.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
The winter rates for the 3 bedroom condo are daily $200-$300 OR $1450-&1800 WEEKLY USD and in the summer the daily rate is $.450.OR $2195 A WEEK.There is a 3 day minimum and the entire stay will be charged when you make the reservation. A confirmation letter will be sent to you. There is a 6 WEEK cancellation notice required. A 1/3 OF your advance payment fee will be charged in the event of cancellation. Check-in time is 2:00pm and Check-out time is 10:00am. The local hotel tax is 10.5% .

A reservation is required and the entire amount will be charged to your credit card when you make the reservation. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
