Kai Vista is perfectly situated on Grand Cayman's north coast. The villa is within easy walking distance of Rum Point, with several restaurants and two water-sport shops. II's also close to ferries that quickly shuttle golfers to the beautiful courses near Seven Mile Beach.The island's north coast - North Side, Rum Point, and Cayman Kai - is the road less traveled. The area is largely private homes and a few condos.
Unlike congested Seven Mile Beach, the north coast has no hotels, no traffic, and no crowds. But just a 35-minute ferry ride or drive, and you can be in the center of all that action, for a while.
