Specific information about property
SKYLARK nestles among two peaceful acres of gated tropical gardens of lawn, flowers, palms, fruit trees and plantings. There are three, fully decorated bedrooms each with a private bath with tub and shower. The bedrooms have twin beds that are made into king size beds if desired. There is a dressing table, bureau and ample closet space in every bedroom. Two rollaway cots are available for children or small adults. Maximum sleeping capacity is therefore eight – especially if there are children. There are three tiled baths with showers and tubs. All rooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning. Rollaway cots, porta-cribs and regular cribs are available.
One enters the house through a gated courtyard full of tropical plantings. The Living Room-Bar and separate Dining Room feature high cathedral ceilings and French doors opening onto a covered Verandah and a Patio-Terrace where the Private Pool is located. The Living Room has ceiling fans. The atmosphere is relaxed, casual and airy.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
There are many beaches in our area that offer wonderful opportunities for swimming and water sports. You and your guests have unlimited free use of the beach. There is a refreshment / snack bar there. Water sports are also available. Sea Castles Beach is located 8 miles drive from Skylark, East of the Rose Hall Resort and Country Club.
Skylark is located near four top- flight, 18-hole, championship golf courses and is clearly the “Golf Capital of the Caribbean”. These great courses are all within a 6 minute, or less, drive and are open to the public. The Tryall Golf course is about 35 minutes away to the West.
There are many Activities available to the public at nearby hotels such as Swimming in the ocean and pools, sailing, scuba, snorkeling, sun bathing, horseback riding, tennis, deep sea fishing, parasailing, rafting, jet skiing, porpoise swimming, glass bottom boat, dining and night life, sightseeing, squash, exercise classes, and gym and weight room.

Skylark is equipped with the latest telecommunications services. The villa has: local phone, fax, wireless Internet, Vonage Internet phone, and local phone service.
The house will be stocked with an initial supply of staples and food that should last for two days. There are many ways that food, wine, liquor and beer can be purchased: The nearby A&H Market will deliver food to the house
The house is fully furnished with linens and beach towels that the staff maid will wash for you.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
There is no lodging tax and no cleaning fee, however the staff expects to be tipped when guests stay in the house - just as you would in a restaurant, etc. We believe this gives them a greater incentive to provide top quality service. Tips are approximately 15-20% of the total rental.
