This superb complex & destination offers a spacious living room for relaxing and entertaining. There is a rooftop patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy 360 degree views of ocean, San Diego Islands, City of Rosarito and Hills. Walk
steps to the sandy beach in a very private area which is only two short blocks. There is 24 hour security & underground, secured, & garaged parking.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
The condo is on the street of Mariano Escobedo which is located on the up the road from the famous Playa Santa Monica Holistic Hospital and gated community. A close, short drive to Papa’s and Beer, Iggy's, other local nightclubs & downtown Rosarito (about 3.5 miles), or taxi to the Baja Foxploration Studios where the movie "Titanic" was filmed, just up the street about 1.5 miles away from the new development that is open which has a new Cinema, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Applebee’s, Peter Piper Pizza and more. Just south of the downtown district, you will find many home decoration materials at great bargains! Enjoy sunbathing, surfing, fishing, watersports, shopping in downtown Rosarito, many restaurants. You could also take a short drive about another short drive to the next city called Puerto Nuevo which is known famously as the Lobster Village where many restaurants serve the finest and delicious flavored lobster.

Holiday weekend $300 for 3 nights or $100 per night Fri-Sun
A 72 hour cancellation notice prior to your stay is required for a full refund. If not, you will forfeit the first night of stay. $200 security deposit is required which will be refunded to you after everything is in order.

$100 deposit is required to book your stay & applied toward the balance of the total rate. Balance must be paid off 7 days prior to your stay & accept paypal only. I require a signed rental agreement.
