3 bedrooms, 3 baths. Master - queen Bed. Second bedroom - king (convertable to two twins). Third bedroom is private studio with queen bed & kitchenette which can be rented separately for a smaller group. There is also a sleeper sofa which can accomodate one extra adult or two children. Fans both inside and out add to your comfort. Full kitchen with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator. Large TV with DVD & stereo. All linens & towels are provided. Cook available along with trips to grocery.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Prices are in US dollars and range from $400 to $1300 per week. $8 extra per night, per a/c unit, for use of air conditioning if requested. Prices include one maid visit per week. Extra maid service/laundry can be arranged for an additional charge. Sofa sleeper is only $30 extra per night/per person. Contact owner for complete information.
