Only 5 miles north of Tulum and 20 miles south of Playa Del Carmen you have the best of both worlds on Tankah Bay one of the larger bays in the area. Plenty of Restaurants, Bars, & world class beaches. Shop in Tulum or Playa or visit one of the many ruins & cenotes that are close by. There is a Cenote within walking distance from this villa to explore and have a refreshing swim in. Sport fishing trips,diving, or visit of of the many attractions such as Xel-Ha or Xcaret and swim with the dolphins. Take an afternoon trip on a beautiful catamaran from Puerto Adventuras to the incredible Tulum beaches. If leisurely snorkeling is your choice you are within a 100 yards of a spectacular reef teaming with colorful tropical fish and sea turtles!
