Description of surrounding area and attractions
It is approx. a 45-min. drive to Orlando area--Disney World, Sea
World, Universal Studios and other fine attractions. Cape Kennedy
and Dayton Beach is about 1 1/2 hour drive. Less than 12 miles to
Tampa and 20 miles to Clearwater beaches. A 10-15 min. drive to
Bush Garden, downtown Tampa, shopping centers and movie theaters.
Sarasota beaches and amenities are approx. 1/2 hr drive. Sarasota
area is the home of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford, with daily tours.
Also the area is the Barnum-Bailey museum.

is $1900.00 for 2-6 people. A deposit equal to half the rent is due
upon signing of lease. The rent is due upon arrival and
may be paid by bank check, travelers check, or cash. Within one week of
departure, the deposit will be returned, less a $60.00 cleaning fee.
