Specific information about property
The Beach Retreat is an updated and refurnished retreat house with 13 bedrooms. When combined with our cottage and our neighbor's retreat house, we can accommodate up to 50 people. The house is open year round, with weekly rentals available Memorial Day weekend through mid-September. We also have fall, winter and spring packages with a minimum of two-night stays.
For those who don't need 13 bedrooms, our house can be split in two. The East Wing features 10 bedrooms, and the West Wing has 3 bedrooms. Each wing, of course, has its own private living area, dining area, and kitchen, as well as a spacious screened porch.
We also have a beautiful and sunny 1-bedroom second floor cottage available. This separate apartment can sleep up to 3 guests and has its own parking space. You can rent it in conjunction with the main house or simply on its own.
This is the perfect spot for your special celebration, family reunion, vacation, or retreat of any type. Linens are available off-season.

Perfectly nestled in the heart of downtown Rehoboth Beach Delaware, we are just 1-1/2 blocks from the boardwalk and Atlantic Ocean. We are around the corner from restaurants, an arts center, a grocery store, bike rental, and tax-free shops.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Weekly rentals in summer from $5,000-$6,500. Off-season weekend rentals are $700 per night with a 2-night minimum. The cottage rates are $1,000-1,200 per summer week, and $150 per night in the off-season. Deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to re-book the dates.

50% deposit down with return of a signed reservation agreement from us, with the balance due 30 days before check-in.
