Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
In Season (5/30/08 - 8/29/08) rates require a 7-nite minimum stay, and range from $3850/week to $6900. Prior to May 30th, nightly rates are $450 and up with a 3-nite minimum. After August 29th, the nitely rate is $550 and up with a 3-nite minimum. For current rate schedule, see: 103RodnetRates. Please Check the Availability Calendar for up-to-date openings!!! Turnover day is Saturday (in-season). Check-in Time is 2:00 pm and Check-out time is 10:00 am.

50% NON-refundable Reservation Deposit (plus 3% City Tax) due with signed Lease to confirm reservation. Balance due, along with $1000 Security Deposit due 30 Days prior to arrival.
