In Season (May - Oct) rates require a 7-nite minimum stay, and range from $4050/week to $7750. Off Season, nightly rates are $600 and up with a 3-nite minimum. For current rate schedule, see: 103RodneyRates . Please Check the Availability Calendar for up-to-date openings!!! Turnover day is Saturday (in-season). Check-in Time is 2:00 pm and Check-out time is 10:00 am.

50% NON-refundable Reservation Deposit (plus 3% City Tax) due with signed Lease to confirm reservation. Balance due, along with $1500 Security Deposit due 30 Days prior to arrival.
