Rates for the Villa with a View Vacation Rental Condo

 Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

All units have a 30 day cancellation policy and a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee. Deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival date. If reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival date the balance of the deposit will be refunded minus the $100 cancellation fee.

 Deposits:

50% of the reservation total, or $500 (whichever is less) shall be paid as a deposit at the time the reservation is made. Balance due at time of check in.
