Tranquil seas sits on a very narrow piece of land between the Atlantic and Caribbean Seas so you have incredible views of the 2 seas from every where inside and outside. Sit on the front porch with your morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the turbulent Atlantic and sit on the back porch in the evening with your island drink and watch it set. Cross breezes are a bonus but the views of the two totallly different seas is the best feature of all.
Being centrally located is a major bonus so that you can explore from one end of the 110 miles of Eleuthera with ease. Kayak, bike,ride, snorkel, dive, swiim, gather sea glass and shells, or just plain veg out on beautiful sun kissed beaches in which you may never see another soul.
Come as a couple or with friends and share the cost and adventure. The calm shallow Caribbean waters and the lsecluded ocation of the cottage on a quiet, seldom traveled road is perfect for those with young children also. Do as little or as much as you want.

Eleuthera is one of the less known gems of the Bahamas. Come enjoy the natural beauty and tranquility of the island and it's extremely friendly people. We are the second street back from each sea so you have gorgeous unbelievable views of both.
We have town water so you have unlimited water use unllke most island homes which collect rainwater into a cistern tank.
Buy homebaked bread and pastries from locals and enjoy tasty food of the local bbqs for very reasonable prices. Exploring the island is great fun and experiencing the beauty of the water and the land are an adventure. It's the perfect place to restore your spirit and soothe your soul.

Additional information about amenities:
We have a full kitchen with all pots/pans and appliances. We also provide all linens as well as 2 NEW SEA KAYAKS, 2 bicycles, snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach towels, insulated pack with ice blocks and can koozies for taking a picnic lunch out for the day. A fishing pole, inflatable floats/rings and binoculars make it even more fun. We even provide a luggage scale to check your luggage weight prior to departure.
A flat screen tv connected to 200 channedl satellite service plus tv in master.
