STAYS OF MORE THAN 28 DAYS OR MORE DAYS at $109 A DAY. Must cancel reservation by 1pm local hotel time on day of arrival or the 1st night's stay, at the quoted rate plus tax, will be charged to responsible party holding the reservation. Refunds on deposits, Full before 15 days, 75% before 3 days and 50%within 3 days of check.
A secuirity deposit of $500 is required for all reservations. Refunds (after inspection of unit) for all deposits are made within 3 days of departure and depends on method of payment.
