*Our beach is semi-private because we share it with Four Seasons Hotel and residential homes.
*We also offer an optional cook and a housekeeper, if requested.
*Punta Mita is fast becoming the new hot spot in travel having been featured in Conde Nast Traveler, and Architectural Digest.
*Fantastic for families or large groups.
*We have an open garage that fits 3 big sized cars.
*Nearby you will find golfing, horseback riding, fishing for marlin, sailfish and dorado. Surfing is popular in Mita, as is the snorkeling and diving at the Marietas Islands.
*The house is located 35 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta Airport in Punta Mita, Nayarit, Mexico. Our beach is called Punta Negra, just between Sayulita Town and Punta De Mita.
