Customer may cancel its reservation in writing to the owner anytime before 60 days prior to their arrival and receive a 80% Refund of the initial deposit.(There will be a 20 % service fee charge applied)
If the customer gives the owner less than 60 days notice, all sums paid by the Customer hereunder shall be NON REFUNDABLE except for that:
a) If the premises are uninhabitable for all or part of Customer´s time of Stay due to casualty loss, act of God or other cause. Customer may either be refunded all unapplied money previously paid or reschedule its Time of Stay as it sole remedies
