The builder lives in our 12 unit low rise building, so it was built to last. The condo was decorated with festive Mexican colors, stocked with luxury US bedding and linens, flat screen TV and free Internet. Direct ocean views are enjoyed from every room (except the twin bedroom). Enjoy relaxing on our glorious balcony overlooking the 80 foot infinity pool and BBQ area and views to the local fishing harbor. We are close to 8 surf breaks, Golf and Tennis is available at nearby resorts and there is a Luxury Spa just down the beach for pampering.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
We are in the charming fishing village of El Enclote, located between the Four Seasons Punta Mita and the multimillion-dollar villas rented by the celebrities. Punta Mita is about 30 Kilometers north of the Puerto Vallarta International airport, along a newly built highway Our building is on a 9.5 mile spectacular beach on Banderas Bay, right next to the VERY expensive Four Seasons Punta Mita. How popular is this area? The 4 Seasons is fully booked 11 months a year! We are walking distance to the village with many restaurants and shops and the fishing harbor where boats can be rented for world class fishing (the Puerto Vallarta fishing boats come here), surfing, diving, wildlife trips to the Marietas Islands, ( to see whales, rays, turtles, dolphins, blue footed boobies...). There are 8 surf breaks nearby (some within walking distance) and we are a few minutes miles from Salyulitas where there is a left break that claims to be the longest rideable wave in the world!
