We are located 26 miles (42 Kilometers) from Puerto Vallarta. The area is known for its surfing and fishing. There are over twenty different surf spots with a variety of breaks in the area. If you're into fishing you can catch large yellowfin tuna, billfish, wahoo, and dorado within 10 to 15 miles of Mita. We also have a wildlife sanctuary at the local islands. There you can snorkel,scuba, or bird watch. The islands are home to many endangered species such as the blue footed boobie. On your trip to the islands you may get to see whales (from November to March), dolphins, giant manta rays, or sea turtles. If you prefer to relax you can sit at one of the local restaurants on the beach.

We have full kitchens, internet service, daily maid service and a full time manager. We have wireless internet available to most areas on the property. We also have a computer that renters can use for emails and internet.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Nov 1st - Apr 30th the First Floor is $60.00/Night, $350.00/Week, $1,100.00/Month. The Second Floor is $70.00/Night, $400.00/Week,$1,200.00/Month. From May 1st - Oct 31st the First Floor is $50.00/Night, $300.00/Week, $900.00/Month. The Second Floor is $60.00/Night, $350.00/Week, $1,100.00/Month. There is a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations between 7 and 15 days of arrival are subject to a 50% surcharge. Less than 7 days is subject to a 100% surcharge.
Deposits:
We require a 50% deposit with the balance due within 60 days of your arrival date.
