Our unit is one of the three upper most units in the Condominium complex. The complex is located above "Old Town " Puerto vallarta. Old Town is considered to be the older area of PV south of the Rio Cuale. This is a very popular part of town offering many of the best restaurants, night clubs and the most popular beach, Playa Los Muertos. Old Town is a also a popular area as it is much less expensive than the Malecon area or Hotel Row. The heart of Old Town and the beach are a downhill stroll from the condo taking 10-15 minutes. The Malecon is also within walking distance taking 15-25 minutes depending on your route. As the complex is located on the side of a hill most guest return via cab, which are plentiful and inexpensive.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Condo Features... Our unit is approximatly 1200 sq/ft with 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, full kitchen, dining room and living room. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a sofa bed. All rooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen is complete with all cooking utensils and cutlery, we also have maid service. We also supply all linens and towels, however you will need to bring your own beach towels. We have a stereo for your CDs' and tapes.Our complex is made up of two towers and groups of units on the hillside. We have a cable car type of lift to take you from the main road to the parking area. It operates from 0600 till 0100. Access to our unit is then by approximately 3 flights of stairs. Due to this, handicapped access is poor. As this is a private complex the property is kept in top shape by the maintenance staff and security kept by the night watchman. As this is our home away from home we hope you will enjoy and respect it
