If you are looking for a great condo located right on the best beach in Puerto Vallarta, look no more. Our condo has 3 bedrooms - one with a king size bed, one queen and one twin. In addition, you have two full bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen for your dining pleasure. The unit is located in the midst of million dollar plus homes directly on the first Conchas Chinas beach. You can easily walk into town along the beach or take the high road to Calle Santa Barbara
Town is a short 10 minute walk away - here you have all the convenience of the city without the resultant noise, beach vendors, and overcrowding of the city beach. The condo has two terraces - one for outside dining and the other just outside the master bedroom. You view directly onto the pool and garden area of the secure enclosed courtyard.
There is also wireless Internet from the condo.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
The condo is located in the "Beverly Hills" area of Puerto Vallarta as Conchas Chinas has been long dubbed. If you want to have a wonderful meal on the beach, you can walk across the beach south about 1/4 of a mile to the resort Lindo Mar and enjoy a beautiful setting. If you want to cook, there is a wonderful local grocery store close by in town (complete directions are given to tenants). You can look at many condos but you won't find one with better management in the best location in Puerto Vallarta. The condo is right on one of three interlocking beaches - all of which offer swimming areas. The beach is good for finding small seashells early in the morning. Friendly neighbors are the final compliment to your perfect vacation.

A $300 deposit is required at the time of your reservation. 50% of the rental fee is due also upon reservation and the balance is due in full 60 days prior to occupancy.
