Nestled on Puako Point and Bay, between the Resorts of Mauna Kea and Mauna Lani, this incredible property also has 2 outdoor hot showers in private gardens which lead from the garden gates to the sandy beach, one of a very few in Puako. Your warm lagoon is your swimming pool. Protected and only 2-5 feet deep with a sandy bottom, it is home to green sea turtles and colorful juvenile fish. A few strokes beyond the reef-protected lagoon is the best snorkeling, scuba diving and kayaking in Hawaii. In low tide the tidal pools will inspire, and in January through May, the 45 foot humpback whales will thrill. Morning walks along the two-lane Puako Beach Drive will find you at Puako's famous ancient Hawaiian rock carvings, the largest example of Petroglyphs in the world. There is also a Hawaiian grocery store in short walking distance.

The residential community of Puako is situated between the world class Mauna Kea and Mauna Lani Resorts. Golf, tennis, spa and workout facilities are within a short bike ride or minutes by auto. World class restaurants and the best-ranked beaches in the world flank idyllic Puako, famous for its petroglifs (ancient Hawaiian rock carvings). Hiking, fishing, boating and helicoptering are easily available. Kona International airport is only 25 minutes by car. The area receives approximately 10 inches of rain a year, with constant balmy breezes. The famous Parker Ranch, largest in the US is 10 miles away, as well as the up-country town of Waimea with a variety of shopping and sightseeing.
