The Village of Point Venture is located on a peninsula of Lake Travis. Point Venture is 30 miles Northwest of Austin in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. The climate is considered to be one of the nation's healthiest, with 300 or more days of sunshine each year and the clean air of the Texas Hill Country. Average temperatures range from 74 - 94 degrees in the summer to 40 - 60 degrees in the winter. Point Venture is popular for its many amenities that are offered to both owners and rental guests.
