The third bedroom, on the second floor, is very large with three twin beds and a trundle bed, a large closet, and a bathroom with both tub and shower.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
There is an open porch across the front of the villa with a view of the ocean, and a screened porch on the side. The patio at the rear overlooks a freshwater pool, where a charming spiral staircase leads to a very private sundeck with ocean views.
At poolside is a gas-fired barbeque. The beautiful private beach is just ten meters away from Casa Mullaney.
