The unique private pool oasis is perfect for families, offering a shallow shaded kids area but also perfect for adults with swim up bar. When you are not at Xcaret or exploring the ruins of Tulum and Coba, you'll want to be on the property.

There is an outside cooking area and mini fridge in the pool bar as well as a BBQ grill/bar area on the upstairs terrace which now offers ample lounging and seating in a tropical jungle setting, just off the living room. The kitchen, dining room and living room with 60" HDTV are on the second floor. The 4 bedrooms are located on street level. The downstairs consists of 3 bedrooms and one suite with kitchenette.
