There is a mixture of antique and modern furniture.
A stone staircase leads from the side terrace of the house to a covered porch and independent entrance to the spacious sitting room.
The sitting room is comfortably furnished with a sofa and large armchair. There is a table and chairs for eating. There is satellite TV and music programmes. At one side there is a small kitchen area with sink, electric kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer and double electric plates.
The bedroom has lovely views over the garden olives and towards the swimming pool. It is well lit and has a comfortable double bed. There is a closet and drawer space.
There is a tiled bathroom with shower, basin and WC.
All rentals include electricity, cooking gas and linens.

La Pela makes the perfect Italian retreat! You will always be assured of a warm welcome here. Secluded, yet not isolated, this original stone farmhouse high on a hill above the olive groves is a place to enjoy both a country and a cultural vacation.
Although only a twenty minute drive from the walled city of Perugia one has a feeling of being completely away from the rest of the world. Seductive hedgerows of wild pink roses and yellow coloured broom in the spring line the lane that leads to La Pela. A flock of sheep with their tinkling bells grazes undisturbed on the hillside whilst birds, butterflies and fireflies all contribute to enchant the visitor.The farmhouse faces south west and the apartment is reached by an outside staircase that leads to its own independent entrance. Guests are able to enjoy the lovely views and stunning sunsets from their private, elevated, garden and the 'open barn'.
The private pool is set to one side of the house and is shared only with the owners.
