Summer Special(Jun,Jul,Aug,Sept) - Now $999/week with daily maid service
High 11/1 to 4/30 = $2,250/week or $400/night (min 3 nights)
Low 5/1 to 10/31 = $1,500/week or $275/night (min 3 nights)
20% discount for 4 or more nights but less than a week
15% service charge added to daily rates only
Cancellation Policy - Over 30 days - $250 charge: 30 days or less $350 charge, 15 days or less no refund.
Full refund only if property is unfit for habitation & no equivalent substitue can be found.

50% due upon reservation: Balance due no later than ten(10) days prior to arrival. Occupancy contract must be signed with reservation.
