This 3-bedroom loft of 1292 sq. feet (120 sq. meters) is located on the ground floor of a charming 19th century building. It can accomodate up to 8 people. It is really quiet as it gives on a courtyard.
It is fully equipped and the price includes everything : ADSL high speed internet, cable TV, telephone, linen, towels, check-out cleaning.
The entrance gives on the main room where you will find the dining area with a wooden table and the living area with a large flat screen, stereo, couches and a sofabed(140X190). From the main room you will access the master bedroom (the comfortable double bed is 140x190). It has its own bathroom with a bathtub (which has a shower as well) a desk and a dressing. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single bunk beds + a desk.
The kitchen is open on the main room. It is fully quipped (dishwasher, oven, micro-wave, coffee maker, kettle, washer-dryer, fridge and table.).
The 3rd bedroom is in the lower level. You will find there 2 single beds. This room is nicely decorated in a Moroccan style. You will be delighted by the sauna and next to it, the second bathroom with a multi-head walk-in shower.
Toilets are separate, on the main floor.
Neighborhood: The apartment is perfectly located, in a short walk from the famous luxury department store "Le Bon Marche". Sevres Street is a lively commercial street with only good quality shops, bakeries, cafes, grocery stores, restaurants and "Brasseries", flower shops, hairdressers, beauty institute, and a tobacco shop. Also, a convenience store providing organic food is within a five-minute walk.
The apartment is within walking distance of Saint-Germain des Pres and its historical cafes, "Les Deux Magots" and "Le cafe de Flore". It is also a short distance from the "Quartier Latin", the Left Bank student quarter. The Rodin and Maillol Museums, The Louvre and the Eiffel Tower are easily accessible by foot or by public transport which is quickly available in the vicinity.
