Enjoy this 5 BR 3.5 Ba home on the Yellowstone River in the middle of the aptly named Paradise Valley. This home has jaw dropping views of the 11,000 ft Absorka Mountains and world class flyfishing out your back door. A 700 ft master Bedroom with king size bed, sitting area and garden tub is on the main level. An additional two bedrooms with queen beds share another bathroom on the main level. A fully stocked kitchen including all spices, cooking and serving needs is waiting for your special touch. A dining room that seats 8 with an additional breakfast nook that seats 6 should satisfy all. An oversized grill awaits you on the deck overlooking the Yellowstone River. Downstairs is an additional family room with cable TV, agame room with full size pool table and dart board, the bunk room with 3 full size beds and sitting area, bathroom and another bedroom with a queen bed. All beds are new Sealy Posturpedic with European down comforters and pillows. A hot tub is outside.

The charming town of Livingston is 15 minutes away with great restaurants, galleries and shopping. Bozeman is 40 minutes away and the airport is 50 minutes. Yellowstone National Park is 30 miles South. You are staying in the most beautiful part of Paradise Valley. While the Valley is technically about 40 miles long...the very best views are within a 6 mile stretch that this house is on.

Pool table, hot tub, horseshoe pit, picnic area, great deck, gas grill, coolers, backpacks, cable TV (3), DVD, VCR, CD, cassette, free high speed internet, free long distance and local phone.

Minimum of 7-night rental unless a shorter stay is made available because of a
previously-booked longer stay.
We book Saturday-to-Saturday for 7-night rentals.

 Deposits:

40% due at reservation. Remainder due 60 days before arrival.
$750.00 security deposit (fully refundable within 10 days with no damage)
