Wood decking and steps take you down to the gulf and crystal white sands. One can spend hours snorkling, scuba diving and shell collecting on the beach. Fishing from the shores will ensure your dinner, and crabbing at dusk is an added bonus. The great room with queen-size sofa bed and love seat has a gorgeous view of the Gulf. Everything you need for cooking etc. is in the spacious kitchen with dinning area and more gulf views. Our beachfront home is ideal for families and /or adults over the age of 25. For those who enjoy golf, this area has been chosen as the 3rd best "Golf destination" in the nation.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
There are hiking and bicycling paths leading from your driveway to Carillon and Rosemary beachs in one direction, and Seaside, Seagrove and Grayton beaches in the other direction. Just beyond that is Water Colors and Blue Mt. and Sandestin. Nearby are amusement and water Parks, Gulf World Marine Park, Zoo World and St. Parks. And of course there is Swimming, Snorkling, Diving, Boating, Surfing, Wind Surfing, Parasailing, Jet-sking, Rafting etc. There is also Shopping, Gym, Fitness centers, Tennis, Live music and live theatre Concerts, Wildlife viewing, Cinemas, Museums and Miniature Gulf. We are only 30 miniutes to 'Silver-Sands outlet shopping mall' . And only 5 miniutes from the new, nationally famous "Camp Creek" Golf Course which has been voted the most progressive ever. Nearby is the 'very rare' freshwater "Dune Lakes", one of 2 areas in the world where fresh water lakes in dunes are right next to the ocean. The only other place this occurs is on the coast of Africa.
