Our property is located in the Barrington enclave, overlooking a peaceful and beautiful lagoon, just a minute or two walk from the beach. Boasted as "the best in Palmetto Dunes", Barrington has a beautiful pool and hot tub, which is heated year-round. There is a BBQ on the grounds.

Rent a bike and ride the beach and miles of trails. Visit historic Savannah within an hour's drive, and Charleston less than two hours.
Our condo/villa has a king-size bed in the bedroom, and a queen-size pull-out couch in the living room. Master bedroom has en-suite. Large half bathroom.
Rented monthly during January, February and March, for $1,200 in January and $1,350 in February and March, and weekly thereafter, at from $550 in low season and $990 in high season. Cancellation policy is 30 days prior to rental for a weekly rental, and six months prior to monthly rentals
One third of rental rate upon signing, with the balance due in full 30 days prior to rental.
