This beautifully laid-out, two-story villa is fully furnished and only steps from the private heated pool that is for Huntington guests only. An open floor plan with a main floor master bedroom with king-size bed, full shower and Jacuzzi tub, a private door to the rear deck and screen porch that sits on Broad Creek , an 11 mile interconnected waterway. Fishing and boating in the waterway are allowed. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a queen-size bed with full shower. The third bedroom, located upstairs, has two twin beds with full bath. There is also a Queen size Hide-A-Bed in the Living Room. A fully equipped kitchen, a half bath off the kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room and Breakfast Bar complete the main floor. In addition to the pool and a five minute walk to the beach, there are three 18 hole PGA golf courses within Palmetto Dunes and just minutes from the Villa - George Fazio, Trent Jones, and Arthur Hills for which you receive discount coupons. Included in the rental is 2 hours per day of FREE tennis at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center (ranked in the top 50 in the United States) which is less than a mile from the Villa and has 23 courts.
