From its 2 wet bars, one in the great room and one by the pool, to its soaring 20 foot cathedral ceiling great room with fireplace, you will feel surrounded by relaxed luxury. There are 3 large bedrooms with ensuite baths, walk-in closets, entertainment centers and robes. There is a steam bath and a romantic in-ground SPA in the back garden. The bedrooms are all separated from one another for privacy and the large master suite has a fireplace, small refrigerator, large TV, large bath wtih double shower and soaking tub overlooking your own private garden. The large custom Viking kitchen has 3 convectiion ovens and is designed for entertaining. Koi pond.

On a cul-de-sac up a mountain cove, there are wilderness hiking trails within yards of the home. There are 2 major golf course within a 5 minute drive, and many more in close proximtiy. Nearby are horseback riding, tennis, several major national parks. Palm Springs downtown with its many entertainment venues and international resturants is only a 5 minute drive. World class shopping at Palm Desert's El Paseo is only 20 minutes drive as well as the world class entertainment available in the many live theatres and casinos in the area.

Gourmet kitchen in bleach oak cabinets with 3 convection ovens.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

Nov- May: Nightly $450, 3 night minimum, Weekly: $3,000, Monthly: $9,000.
June-August: Nightly $295, 3 night miniumum, Weekly: $1995, Monthly: $7500.
Sept - Oct: Nightly $395, 3 night minimum, Weekly: $2,500, Monthly: $8,000

Initial deposit of 50% of rental to hold rental, balance of deposit, taxes and fees must be received within 30 days of rental.100% refunds available up to 60 days prior. Utilities cap $25 per day

$1,200 refundable deposit for reservations of 1 week or longer. $800 for reservations of less than 1 week. All deposits and fees by Cashier's check.
