Covered extended patio(10 by 40) with access from great room and master suites. West facing patio on 13th fairway near the green. Excellent view of San Jacinto and Santa Rosa mountain ranage and spectacular sunsets. 2 car attached garage.
New travatine tile in living room and bathroom with new carpet in great room and bedrooms. Nicely furnisehd with desert accents and king beds in each bedroom.
There are 20 community pools and adjoining spas in the Resorter.
The golf course was designed by Ted Robinson and is a mature and challenging 18 holes with 4 sets of tees.Practice facility includes a grass driving range, putting green and chipping area. Also14 lighted tennis courts.
The Resorter has a dramatic 40,000 sf clubhouse with dining room, banquet facilites,lounge and a veranda style patio overlooking 9th & 18th fairways, lake and waterfall.
