Mintues to the famous El Paseo shopping area in Palm Desert. The dining room at The Lakes is a world class restaurant with a creative chef. A health club overlooks waterfalls and lakes and the tennis club is a fun place to meet and socialize. For a more casual meal the Sante Fe Grill is delicious and beautiful overlookiing the expansive greens
A lovely patio overlooks the 3rd green and a beautiful fountain lit lake that is lovely to hear and to see . Televisions in each bedroom and the living room. Comfortable beds and luxurious linens in the master suite with a spectacular pink marble bathroom.
$4950 per month December thru March. Ask for rates on a shorter term basis. Once the lease is signed there is no refund.
$1000.00 deposit for a monthly rental. Balance 1 month before occupancy. $350.00 security dposit that is refundable if the property is left the way it was found. $100.00 nonrefundable cleaning fee.
