90 steps to the beach in North Ocean City. Convenient to excellent restaurants, shopping, bus to downtown area., and across the street from Northside Park a 58 acre park on the Bay side. It has a deep-water lagoon, fishing and crabbing pier, picnic tables, children’s playground, lighted ballfields, jogging paths, soccer fields, and an indoor gymnasium. Every Sunday through Labor Day there is a free concert and you can make your own ice cream sundaes for a nominal fee.
