House is located withinn walking distance to the beaches and old town with all the sights, shops, restaurants and entertainment.
Seaside promenade with beaches is only 500m from the house and nicest natural beaches on island Rab; "Love island" are easily accessable by taxi boat.
Attractions: old town of Rab with its architectural and sacral heritage. Nature parks.
Events: St. Christopher's Medieval festival, Archery tournament, Rab classical music evenings, art shows.
