Specific information about property
Come enjoy year round. For the Summer Months there is the Beach, outdoor Pool Kids play ground/ pirate ship and Moon bounce. Year round enjoy the Indoor heated Pool, Ice Skating Rink indoor shops including Starbucks. Pool tables and ping pong also available. Stop and take a jacuzzi or spend some time in the sauna....This place has it all! Our Condo is a two Bedroom with great views. Ocean front from the Living room and Bay front on the Bedroom side. Both sides have Balconies. There is a full Kitchen, fully equipped, dining area consist of 6 chairs and 2 bar stools. Bedrooms are as follows:

Master Bedroom has a king size bed
Second Bedroom has 2 double beds
There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the Living room

Washer and Dryer are in unit.....Just replaced July 2008. We also just had the place painted and new carpeting installed in 2008.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
There are both Water parks and Amusement parks close by. All the Miniature Golf along with Grown up Golf you could want close by. There is a Grocery store in walking distance across the street along with many great Restaurants to choose from.

Amenities
The Carousel itself is full of Amenities....from a great on site Restaurant to a workout room...it has it all. Ocean City also has a ton to offer. From Jolly Rogers Amusement Park to the Water parks to the Boardwalk you and the kids will have a blast.

Lodging tax: 10.5%

Cleaning fee: $65.00

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Rent a week for as low as $500 per week. The Top Summer Months go for $2295 per week.The first 3 weeks of the Summer season ,and the last one we offer at $1695 per week....they go fast. Great FALL AND WINTER SPECIALS still available.
If you provide 2 Months + notice there is no Cancellation fee if we can re- rent that week. One Months notice you forfeit your deposit anything less than One Months notice then your refund would be 20% of the rental price unless we can rent to someone else.

$500 or half down to reserve any week....we will go with the lesser of the two.
