Welcome to 'The Palms', a private luxurious 4 bed Villa accommodating up to 10 people.The Villa is ideally located in the up market Orange Tree community. The Villa is ideally situated for access to Orlando just 15 minutes from Central Florida's great attractions such as Disney World, Sea World, Discovery Cove and Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

The Villa is fully air conditioned

The lounge has a vaulted ceiling with plenty of light and access to the pool can be gained through the Patio doors from the lounge. The seating area consists of a chair and two settees, one of which converts into a comfortable queen bed if required

For your relaxation we have provided a 42" Flat Screen LCD Cable TV, with DVD player and Wii Station and full Wi Fi.

The adjacent formal dining area has a lovely glass table that will seat 6 people in comfort. There is also an additional dining area off the kitchen with a table and 4 chairs. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 stools.

The kitchen consists of a cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer and all other modern convieniences you would expect from a luxury Villa.

The Villa has four spacious bedrooms and includes two seperate Master bedrooms, both with their own ensuites including walk in showers.

The first Master has a King size bed, a walk in closet, Cable TV, a double walk in shower, 'his n hers' sinks, a roman tub and private access to the pool.

The second Master has a Queen sized bed with Cable TV

There are a further two twin bedrooms with their own TV's and Playstation which share their own bathroom

The Laundry room contains a Washer and Tumble drier and ironing equipment.

The Villa boasts a large 30ft x 15ft heated swimming pool with a child safety screen. There is a large sun bathing area with sun loungers and a plethora of garden furniture.

Outside the pool area is a large 400 sq.ft paved patio area, ideal for those private BBQs. The rear of the property is fully enclosed with a 7 foot fence to ensure total privacy. The whole area has it's own fibre-optic lighting.

Inside the double garage you will find a full sized 8 foot quality pool table and table football. There are also 4 tennis rackets and balls, a basketball and football for use at the recreation area which is close to the Villa.
