Single floor split-plan spacious villa. Master bedroom with king size bed and a huge master bath with garden tub and glass-enclosed shower. Middle bedroom has queen-size bed and bath with large shower and double wash basins. Smaller bedroom has twin beds and a private bath with tub and shower. Private, screened-in pool.
The living room, master bedroom and kitchen have sliding glass doors to the lanai and pool. The floor plan is very open and airy. There are cable TVs in the living room, the master bedroom and in the middle bedroom. There is a DVD player in the living room attached to the TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice-maker, coffee maker and toaster. Dishes, pots and pans, glassware, cutlery and flatware are provided.
All linen such as towels, sheets, etc. are provided. Hair dryers, an iron and ironing board also are provided.
The two car garage can be reached without going outside.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Disney theme parks are only 15 minutes from the villa. Also Sea World, Universal and many golf courses (championship and other) are only a short ride away.
The airport is about 30 to 45 minutes away. Cape Canaveral on the Atlantic coast and Busch Gardens in the Tampa area are each about an hour and a half.
There are many restaurants within easy driving distance. They offer everything from fast food to fine dining.
The management office can help you with directions, brochures, tee times and restaurant locations.

Amenities
The middle bedroom bath doubles as a "pool" bath. It opens directly to the lanai surrounding the pool so bathers may use the shower and dress without wearing wet suits into the bedrooms.
The pool is heated and is nice and warm even in cool weather.
In addition to the above, there are tennis courts across the street as well as a large community pool.
